5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, report the issue within 48 hours for resolution.
