Return & Refund Policy

At DhevStylish, we strive to provide you with the finest ethnic wear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns & exchanges under the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. The product should be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or altered products

Sarees with fall & pico done

Accessories, jewelry, and gift cards

Items purchased on final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at: returns@dhevstylish.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and approve it if it meets our return policy.

3. We will arrange for a pickup (if available in your location) or provide the return shipping address.

4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within 3 days of approval.

Note: Return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

✔ If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

✔ The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).

✔ COD orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

Refund Not Approved?

If the return does not meet our policy, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item:

For a different size or design, please request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund (as per eligibility).

Return shipping for exchanges must be handled by the customer unless there is a defect or wrong product sent.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received?

We take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:

✔ Email us at support@dhevstylish.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures.

✔ We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellations are not allowed as the order processing starts immediately.
