We process all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities (India): 3-5 business days
Other Cities & Towns (India): 5-7 business days

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any custom duties or taxes imposed by your country are to be borne by the customer.
𝟱. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Returns are not accepted for customized or clearance sale items.

Enter your order details and reason for return in the given Mail.
Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup (if applicable).
𝟳. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (except for COD, which will be refunded via bank transfer).

If the return is due to a defect or wrong item received, we cover the shipping cost. For all other returns (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

No, items purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance events are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
